Working Principle
- The product is discharged from the top of the dryer, where it is distributed throughout the chambers.
- The centrifugal fan provides a high amount of air inside the dryer quietly and efficiently.
- The high efficiency burner heats the air and reduces its relative humidity, allowing it to carry more moisture. The burner flame is controlled modularly for a constant drying temperature.
- The adjustable flap, the machine can be converted from full heating to cooled.
- The channels connected to the hot air chamber, the cereals around the channels are dried by contacting them with hot air.
- Product, which descends by drying from top to bottom, is transferred to the outside of the dryer in cooled condition by contacting with the cold air produced by the fan at the outlet of the dryer.

Tower-type Dryers are designed to meet the grain drying needs of large agricultural establishments across the industry to contemporary standards. Tower dryers are the highest performance dryers with their ideal quality in drying. The most important features are their high efficiency.
They are more advantageous than modular dryers by providing fuel economy thanks to heat recovery and cooling without using additional options.
Tower type dryers are made of high quality galvanized steel, the outer sheet is made of perforated stainless steel, and it provides a longer life of the dryer.
It is manufactured between 1 and 3 fans depending on its power and capacity, it creates a natural noise barrier due to its interior design, while providing thermal insulation for cold regions, while providing quiet, it provides additional advantages by not disturbing the environment.

It applies the mixed drying method, which is the most efficient drying method by drying with the air flow and full mixing method perpendicular to the flow direction of the grain.
It has a structure suitable for continuous drying.
Complete security is provided with limit switches on the drying doors of the facility, there is a fire detector, smoke detector system and a smoke detector system that controls water curtains, an automatic sprinkler system, leak gas detector and an automatic gas cut sensor and are supported by the following safety systems.

Use of galvanized, stainless steel plates are extremely durable in areas exposed to internal rust or moisture. Dryer serves its users economically and successfully with natural gas or LPG.
All dryers are optimized to ensure the correct amount of air flow. A small amount of airflow will adversely affect the drying capacity, and too much airflow will adversely affect efficiency. Depending on the dryer size, 1 or 3 Mixed Flow Industrial Fans are used. These specially produced mixed flow fans can be installed in the interior of the dryer and they can operate at low speeds thanks to the belt-pulley connection. This ensures low noise level, low electricity consumption, long fan and motor life.
